As a Intelligent Automation Manager, you will be part of the development department managing and supporting a team of automation developers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Intelligent Automation Developers to achieve high-quality results. Serve as a subject matter expert in UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, guiding best practices and implementation. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in Intelligent Automation development with expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. Proven experience leading and managing development teams, including project planning and resource allocation.
