Unit Highlights: Position Description: Unit/Cost Center: [Medical/Renal 6 th Floor (617) ] / Shift: 7A-7P/7P-7A Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs) Must have : (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) BLS Preferred Skills: (candidates with these skills will be considered first ) 1 year of med/ surg nursing experience Meditech experience Typical procedures performed on unit(s): IV starts/therapy Wound care Patient assessment and implementation of interventions Use of drainage devices Central line management Blood product administration Unit Guidelines/Policies : Will be addressed once on unit RN should be familiar with National Patient Safety Goals Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - Navy Closed toe shoes Tattoos covered appropriately
