Shift: 7p-730a, every other weekend
Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, 2 years experience
Work Experience (Basic): 2 years of acute care RN experience

Does RN need to know how to read tele strips? Yes
Common equipment used: Cardiac monitors, Dynamap, EKG machine, IV Pumps, Bladder Scanner
Does RN need to be able to titrate medication? Yes
Common medications given: Toradol, Zofran, Cardizem, Ativan, Benadryl, Haldol
EPIC Charting
Scrub Color (are they provided): Galaxy Blue – Nursing
Light Gray- ER TECH
Required Skills:
• IV insertion
• Blood draws
• PICC/Central Line management:
• Obtain 12 lead EKG
• Cardioversion/defibrillation
• Procedural sedation
• CPAP/BiPAP
• Ventilators = RT on site will set up maintain will need to trouble shoot vent
• Trach Care
• Rapid Infuser
• Continuous bladder irrigation
