As a Vice President of Intake and Placement:

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Directly supervises employees as denoted on the Agency Organizational Chart in accordance with federal, state and/or COA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Intake and Placement functions of the Agency. 
• Engage with and develop relationships with residential and child placing agencies. Monitor Agency outcomes, goals, and compliance standards, knowledgeable in Agency state and affiliate contracts and regulatory and accreditation body requirements. 
• Direct and ensure training needs are met for the Department. 
• Provide regular and consistent supervision of Intake and Placement. 
• Follow Agency Policy and Procedure. 
• Will be required to travel in order to attend meetings, training, or conduct business off site. Must have a valid driver's license and meet agency underwriting standards if driving on agency business. Not required to transport clients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business-related or social service field.
• Minimum five years of progressively supervisory experience in program or contract management required.
• Valid driver’s license and meet driving standards.
