Nursing Home RN - $56/hrWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care to residents, promote health and wellness, and act as a patient advocate. The ideal candidate will excel in medication administration, health assessments, and emergency response, ensuring compliance with all nursing standards and regulations.Perks of the job:- Pay of $56 per hour

Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive health assessments to promote wellness and prevent illness
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor, document, and maintain accurate medical records
- Identify and manage acute health concerns, coordinating interventions, referrals, and follow-up care
- Act as a first responder during medical or behavioral crises, including emergencies involving severe or violent behavior
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and facility policies
Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
- Experience working with residents diagnosed with dementia or cognitive impairments preferred
- Active RN License in Massachusetts
- Proficiency in health assessments, medication administration, and crisis intervention
- Certification in Dementia Training or equivalent is a plus
