  • Shift: 0700-1900 OR 0700-1700 Mon-Fri; call Sat/Sun prn
    Job Requirements
  • BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel
  • State License Verification required within 30 days of start
  • Fit Test required
  • Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days of start
  • Trinity Code of Conduct Form must be signed
  • Trinity I9 must be completed
  • Trinity Confidentiality Agreement must be signed
  • Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon) required
  • COVID-19 Vaccine proof required
  • MMR vaccination proof required
  • Hepatitis B vaccination proof required
  • Influenza Vaccine proof required
  • Varicella vaccination proof required
  • Tdap vaccination proof required
  • Physical/Health Statement required

    Unit Specific Information
  • Experience with EPIC; PYXIS access preferred
  • Ability to work in any of the service lines: Orthopedics, Urology, General Surgery, Vascular, Robotics, Ophthalmology
