  • Job Summary: Physical Therapy position at St Lukes Jerome Medical Center in Jerome, Idaho.
  • Unit: Physical Therapy Jerome
  • # of patients treated per day: 8 to 10. 1 therapist per day.
  • Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Ortho-total joints, neuro-strokes, occasional brain injuries, medical, and General ICU.
  • Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed coverage required.
    Job Requirements
  • Must have 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab experience.
  • General Certification Requirements: BLS.
    Schedule Information
  • 5-8 hour shifts, 0830-1700.
  • No self scheduling.
  • May need to cover holidays.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Usually 2-3 days of department-specific orientation for travelers.
    Additional Details
  • This facility has a radius rule of 50 miles. Candidates' permanent address is required to confirm they are outside of that specified radius before proceeding with the profile review.
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Manager on each shift.
