    Job Details
  • Position/Specialty: Neuro IR Tech / Neuro
  • Daily Caseload per tech: 4-5
  • Shift: Will work 5x8 hour shifts, 7am-3:30pm
  • Weekend REQ: N/A
  • Is on-call REQ? Every 5th weekend and one night per week. Radius should be within 30 minutes during on call.
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
  • Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No
    Job Requirements
  • Years of experience REQ: 2 years
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Certifications REQ: BLS, ARRT (R), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI) or CCI (RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist))
  • Experience REQ: Interventional Radiology and Neuro experience
  • Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers
    Schedule Information
  • Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
  • RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager/units needs
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
    Unit Specific Information
  • Facility would like a copy of all certifications that traveler possess.
    Additional Details
  • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
  • Copy of Driver's License Required
  • Copy of Social Security Card is required. If the traveler does not have a copy of their SSC and is not using it as a supporting doc on their I9, the facility might accept the SSN by itself.
