    Job Details
  • Travel RRT position at Wesley Medical Center
  • Shifts available: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Unit: Respiratory Therapy, 75410
  • Cares for approximately 84 adult ICU beds, 15 bed PICU, 83 bed Level 3 NICU
  • Level 1 trauma facility
  • Approximately 120 staff in the department
  • Equipment includes Puritan Bennett 840 and 980 ventilators, V60 Bipap machines, and more
  • EMR: Meditech
  • Candidates must have BLS and KS State RRT license prior to submission
    Job Requirements
  • Must have BLS certification
  • Must have Kansas State RRT license prior to submission
  • Preferred: RRT credential with experience in adult critical care
    Schedule Information
  • 12 hour shifts available: Day shift 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or Evening shift 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit cares for adult ICU, PICU, and NICU patients
  • Attend all Level 1 and Level 2 traumas
  • Attend all Code Blues and Rapid Responses
  • Transport ICU vented patients to CT Scan and MRI
  • Assist with Trach/peg at the bedside in the ICU
    Additional Details
  • Diverse array of patient experiences to build resume
  • Collaborative environment with physicians
  • Focus on weaning patients off ventilators
