Location: [ Fargo - ND]
Contract Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
Shift: Night Shift (5x8 hours)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Job Duties:
Clean, sterilize, and maintain medical equipment and instruments.
Ensure proper storage and organization of sterile items.
Inspect instruments for damage or malfunction, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the availability of sterile equipment for procedures.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
Certification in Sterile Processing (CSPDT or similar).
Previous experience in a sterile processing role is preferred.
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and medical instrument handling.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
