    Job Details
  • Job Summary: X-Ray and CT position at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, Washington.
  • Department: Radiology | X-Ray and CT
  • Common types of imaging/studies performed: All ages. X-Ray: chest x-ray, extremities, abdomen, spine work. CT: routine CT scans and angiograms.
  • Experience: Must have CT and X-Ray experience. Must be able to do IV starts. Prefer travelers to have c-arm experience in the OR.
    Job Requirements
  • WA State License Required: ARRT in X-Ray, preferred to have ARRT in CT.
  • Must have CT and X-Ray experience.
  • Must be able to do IV starts.
    Schedule Information
  • Days: 4-10 hour shifts. 7a-5:30p, 8a-6:30p, 9a-7:30p.
  • Nights: 4-10s 9p-7:30a or 3-12s 7p-7:30a.
  • Weekend Requirements: All weekend shifts are 12 hours.
  • Holiday Requirements: Will only have to work if holiday falls on a scheduled day.
  • Call or Standby requirement: If there is no night staff scheduled, day shift will be on call. Call starts when last person leaves for the day until 7a the next morning. 20 minute response time.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Shifts & Scheduling: 3 techs are scheduled on day shift, 1 tech generally scheduled on nights.
    Additional Details
  • Certifications: BLS. WA State License Required: ARRT in X-Ray, preferred to have ARRT in CT.
  • Average # of scans/studies per day: X-Ray: 10. CT: 6-8.
  • EMR: Cerner Community Works. PACS: Philips Intellispace.
  • Department Specific Equipment: X-Ray: both GE. CT: Canon.
  • Is there a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift?: Manager: Monday-Thursday, and Lead: Tuesday-Friday.
