    Job Requirements
  • Must have a valid state license for CT Technologist
  • BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel
  • License/Certificate Verification must be completed within 30 days of start
  • Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire must be completed before start
  • Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed before start
  • Physical/Health Statement must be provided before start
    Schedule Information
  • 0700- 8's on Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Saturday
    Additional Details
  • Must complete various health and safety forms before starting
  • All engaged contractors must have signed forms on file in Trinity VMS
