Location: Modesto, CA

End Date: January 27th, with possibility of extensions
Shifts/Schedule: M-F, 6:30a-4:30p + Nightly Call 4:30p-6:30a + Weekend 24 hour Call
Requirements:
Rates: Very competitive:

• Hourly: $325/hr
• Orientation: $325/hr
• OT: X 1.25 = $406.25/hr
• Holiday: X 1.5 = $487.50/hr
• Nightly Call: $600/night
• 24 hour Call: $3500/24 hours
• Call Back: $406.25/hour after 4 hours gratis
• Travel & lodging provided
• Malpractice Insurance provided
