Position Summary: Reporting directly to the VP Cardiology Services the Director of Ambulatory Services works closely with a variety of key stakeholders across the organization to provide care coordination activities of Ambulatory Operations and practice offices. Responsible for the overall management of clinical and business outpatient operations within Deborah Heart and Lung Center. Collaborate with Deborah Specialty Physician group to align patient experience. This includes, but is not limited to: assuring the delivery of safe and efficient clinical services of the highest quality, assuring the greatest patient experience and Team Member engagement, while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Experience
Required: Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare leadership, manager level or above; physician practice management
Preferred: (3) years of hospital ambulatory services

Education
Required: BA/BS Degree in healthcare, business or related field required.
Preferred: Masters Business Administration/Masters Healthcare Administration

Required: N/A

Skills
Required: Skill in exercising a high degree of leadership, initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve both local and organization objectives. Proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, and POWER POINT.
Preferred: Experience with Meditech EMR
