Responsibilities: - Daily Rounds: Approximately 1-4 hours onsite to manage pediatric and newborn patients
- On-Call Responsibilities: Handle newborn care from OB, admission consults from ED, and med surge calls for neonate and pediatric patients.
- Neonatal resuscitation, intubation, lines, and emergency medication expertise required to stabilize and transfer if needed.
- Admissions: Approximately 1 admission per month from the ED

- No NICU Support: Sick babies will be stabilized and transferred; the provider must be comfortable being the solo provider with no backup coverage.
Requirements: - Board Certification: Pediatrics or IM/FM (MUST have significant pediatric and neonatal experience if IM/FM)

- Training: 3-year Pediatric Residency Program
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
- Experience: Must have managed inpatient care for at least 24 patients in the last 24 months
- Clean Malpractice/Background: Required for quick credentialing
