We are seeking a full-time retina specialist to join our prominent team of vitreoretinal surgeons in South Carolina, known for our extensive patient and surgical volumes. This position offers a favorable work-life balance with a 4.5-day workweek, dedicated surgery days, and a mentorship opportunity for medical trainees. We are recruiting a full-time retina specialist to join our esteemed team of 9 vitreoretinal surgeons in South Carolina s capital city because of growth and anticipated partner retirement. We have a strong academic affiliation and seven office locations. This opportunity offers a unique chance for a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible, fellowship-trained Vitreoretinal Surgeon to step into a thriving practice. Additionally, we provide a conducive work-life balance, offering a 4.5-day workweek with every 4th Friday off and one day per week dedicated to surgical procedures and ancillary support.

The practice stands out as South Carolina's premier retina-only ophthalmology practice, operating across seven office locations. We are the state's largest retina research center, actively involved in clinical trials.
