- Days (7am - 7pm)
- Swing (3pm - 1am)
- Nights (7pm - 7am)
Shifts can be all admission, all rounding or a combination of both

- Just 40 minutes outside of Peoria,IL
- 221 toal beds in the facility
- Short Term Acute Care Facility
