Responsibilities include performing general gastroenterology procedures, providing inpatient coverage, and utilizing EMR systems for patient documentation. Gastroenterology Locums Job in Southwest Georgia
Coverage is needed two weeks per month at least starting in 2025 and ongoing.
Details/Requirements for Assignment :
- Starting as soon as credentialed. Will need to be available two weeks per month minimum.
- Active Georgia license required
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
- Will have 2-3 scheduled outpatient procedures in addition to inpatient coverage
- All General Gastroenterology procedures (there is an advanced GI that will see all advanced cases)
- 24 hour Anesthesia coverage (no conscious sedation)
- EMR is Cerner / ProVation charting system
- Olympus 180s and 190s equipment
- APPs on site Monday-Friday day shift
- Pay rates: $3,300 per day, including 8 hours
