Scheduled hours + call (beeper call has a 30 minute response time)
Active and unrestricted Arizona license required
NBCRNA
ACLS, BLS certifications required
Average 5 patients per day
Facility details: EMR: Cerner, 4 OR Beds, Practice Setting: Inpatient
Credentialing timeline of 90 days, temp privileges available
Case mix required: Complete ortho, complex vascular (except open hearts), Neuro Spine, Vent management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
Case mix preferred: Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Pain Management techniques, Post-op epidurals, Post-op Extremity blocks, Central lines, A-Lines, PA Catheter placement
