This practice offers.
- Team consists of three physicians and two APPs
- 4-day work week Clinic hours: 8 AM- 5 PM. M-F
- Outpatient only with 1:6 nurse triaged call
- Team includes three physicians and 2 APP
- Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health onsite
- Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record

- Wage: between $308,572 and $333,592. Starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Washington has NO STATE INCOME TAX
