Good Samaritan Hospital is a non-profit, 286-bed facility that provides acute care and surgical services to Rockland and Orange Counties in New York, and Bergen County in New Jersey. The hospital delivers more than 3,000 babies each year. Its Birthing Center features private labor, delivery and recovery suites, antepartum rooms for women with high-risk pregnancies, two surgical suites for C-sections, two newborn nurseries and a level II NICU.

Suffern is a village located in the town of Ramapo in Rockland County, New York. Situated near the Hudson River, the village is home to nearly 11,000 residents and is just 30 miles north of New York City. Suffern's economy is powered by manufacturing and research. The village is served by local and express trains at Suffern Station, connecting commuters to the Hoboken Terminal, New York's Pennsylvania Station and the New Jersey Transit Main Line. The village has convenient access to several nearby interstates and highways.
