Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), including those with critical and complex conditions.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, nurses, and other specialists, to deliver optimal care.
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, manage ventilators, and administer advanced treatments for neonatal conditions.

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist (MD).
Valid Virginia state medical license.
