The Position: Our Client is looking for a Medical Director to oversee a non-profit behavioral health center

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Psychiatrist
  • Active Florida License
  • Outpatient & Inpatient Experience is a MUST
  • 2+ Years of Experience in a Supervisory Position
  • Active Florida License
  • Active DEA

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing All Clinical Programs
  • Supervising Clinical Staff
  • Clinical & Administrative Duties
  • Develop & Maintain All Educational Programs with Various Medical Schools & Educational Programs
  • Responsible for Scheduling Staff Work Hours to Assure Appropriate coverage For The Day
  • Conduct Regular Staff Meetings
  • Observe and Comply With Regulatory Compliance Program
