Position Overview:
- Employed by not-for-profit, integrated regional health system
- Leading healthcare provider with a network of ten, well established outpatient practices
- While we primarily seek general Family Medicine providers, we are open to candidates with Sports Medicine training
- Work-life balance - Variety of scheduling options:
- Standard Monday - Friday
- 4 Day weeks
- 6 days on/7 days off - 12hr Mon-Thurs, 10hr Fri, 4hr Sat
- hour days per month
- Part-time schedules
- Average of 18-20 patients per day - New patient appointments are scheduled for 30-40 minutes, while follow-up visits typically last 20 minutes, allowing for comprehensive and attentive care.
Competitive Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary is 300k for 40 hrs. At 30 hrs/week, salary is $230k base
- Additional earning through RVU production
- 60K Sign on bonus
- Candidates qualify for full benefits at 30 hrs/week.
- 10K Relocation assistance
- PLSF Eligible
- 20 Days PTO plus national holidays
- 5 Days CE with 5K Allowance
