JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Orientation Jan 30-31 if provider is picking up Feb ongoing dates. If provider picks up January dates we will most likely need to do an off cycle orientation.

- Duties: responsible for referral to Interventional Radiology. Discuss cases with referring physicians and provide prompt service for the hospital and outpatient cases.
- Required Procedures: Drain placement, Biliary interventions, Urologic interventions, Hepatobiliary interventions including TIPS, BRTO, GI bleed embolization. PE thrombolysis or thrombectomy,
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certification Board Certified Highly preferred. Will consider candidates BC/BE in Radiology with IR experience!
- State License Highly preferred but will consider IMLC LOQ candidates
- DEA and BLS required during credentialing
- Fluoroscopy certificate - Required, but can be flexible on this requirement.
