Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician at Integrity Locums summary:

An Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician provides comprehensive medical care to patients in various settings, including hospitals and clinics. They are responsible for developing treatment plans and effectively communicating with patients and healthcare teams, while offering education and counseling. This role requires a MD or DO degree, residency training, and active medical licensure as well as adherence to clinical standards and patient care protocols.

  • December 22, 2025 - February 11, 2025

Schedule

  • Dec 22nd 7:00am-Dec 27th 7:00am
  • Jan 16th 7:00am-Jan.21st 7:00am
  • Feb 7th 7:00am-Feb 11th 7:00am
  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends is required for identified positions

Clinical Details

  • Care may occur in a variety of settings and by different modalities, including direct interaction with patients in the hospital and/or clinic, but also via telephone, video, or secure e mail when appropriate
  • Care will include where appropriate gathering of history from the patient and others, physical exam, review of prior records, and review of ancillary data, using sound judgement, critical problem solving skills, and up to date medical information.
  • Develops and monitors appropriate treatment plans, communicates effectively with the patient, family when appropriate, and care team
  • Provides relevant education and counseling to patients and families to support care plan, treatment, and discharge
  • Assists collaborating physicians with management of patients in the hospital c
  • May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need
  • May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift

Requirements

  • Required Education: MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Residency trained in area of specialty
  • Active MT License
  • Board certification/eligibility based on education and specialty
  • MT DEA
  • BLS or ACLS
  • Clean record, no more than 1-2 claims
