Job Overview - Physician (OB/GYN):
Join our client s growing private practice OB/GYN group in the Augustine, FL area as a full-scope Physician (OB/GYN). In this role, you'll utilize your surgical skills, supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and engage in mentorship within a comprehensive care model across multiple locations.

Location: Augustine, FL area (Travel required between 2 locations)
Compensation: $270,000 - $370,000/year + bonus (Dependent on Experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the Physician (OB/GYN):

• Comprehensive obstetric care: Manage pregnancy, fertility, and high-risk pregnancies.
• Gynecological services: Provide care related to female health, menopause, and urogynecology.
• APP supervision: Oversee and guide Advanced Practice Providers.
• Mentorship: Engage in mentorship opportunities within the practice.
• Delivery and surgery: Perform deliveries and surgeries, including robotic options.

Qualifications for the Physician (OB/GYN):

• Education & Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible by ACOG within five years of training completion.
• Experience: Residency-trained in Obstetrics and Gynecology with surgical skills and experience in APP supervision.
• Skills & Attributes: Full-scope practice capabilities (clinic, surgery, delivery), entrepreneurial mindset or go-getter attitude, and a strong interest in mentorship.
