• M-F 8a-5p

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to be submitted.

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• NY License - PREFERRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Must Have Epic EMR System Experience - REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/background - PREFERED

Practice Description:

• Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult
• Percentage of the Practice: 15% Oncology, 85% Hematology
• Will There be Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? no, no RT at this location
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office) : 13-15 office visits around 5-7 in infusion
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding) : 0-2
• Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Hematology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting
• Required Duties: Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
• EMR: Epic
