• Clinical Details
- Work in a clinic during the week, seeing ob/gyn patients for new obstetrics, established obstetrics, new gynecology issues, and surgical consultations
- Surgical blocks are twice per week for non-emergent surgeries
- Call includes all obstetrics as well as emergency gynecology and obstetric cases
- Setting: Clinic and Inpatient Call
- Patient population, Adult, Adolescent
- Number of beds, 10
- Admissions, Clinic: 16-25
- Inpatient: 3-6
- NICU available staffed with neonatal nurse practitioner with tele-neonatologist back-up
- 50 births a year
- NICU level 2
• Requirements
- Board Certification FMOB or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency completion)
- Active KS License - Highly Preferred, open to willing to obtain license
- Active BLS and DEA (will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked)
- Clean Malpractice - Highly Preferred
- Procedure Logs: past 24 months for FMOB: Must include a minimum of 50 C-sections, 50 vaginal (with at least 20 each in the last 12 months)
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: All ob/gyn procedures including more than 5 c-section in last 24 months & more than 5 hysterectomies in last 24 months. - FMOBs - 100 C-Sections and 50 Deliveries minimum
- Will not consider candidates wishing to do clinic only
