Psychiatry Locum Opportunity - Rockport, ME (Inpatient ONLY)
Job Description:
- 4 days per week, full time with some call. 8-5ish schedule.
- Looking for a provider asap for 3, 6, 9 months or what the provider can offer.
- Night call (some), weekend call and holiday call will be required.
- 8 Patients per day on average
- Inpatient only.
- Total # of beds = 18
- 2 Psychiatrists in the group
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers support the group.
- There are no psychologists.
- It is optional if the Locum Psychiatrist would like to Supervise.
- EMR: EPIC
- Trauma Level 3
- All Adult Patients
- Required Treatment Disorders: Anxiety Disorders, Affective Disorders, ADD/ADHD, Personality Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, & Drug use disorders, withdraw.
- Provider must have familiarity with Addiction.
- Reason for coverage: Seeking full time provider gap.
- 60-90 Days credentialing - Can usually be completed in 60 days with faster turnarounds
Required:
- Board Certified Psychiatry - REQUIRED
- Active ME License - REQUIRED
- Active BLS - REQUIRED
- Clean background for quick credentialing - REQUIRED
- Must indicate the # of days per week & length of coverage - REQUIRED
- Must indicate # of years of epic experience - REQUIRED
- Must indicate if provider can offer full time - REQUIRED
- COVID & FLU VACCINATED - REQUIRED
