- 1st worksite: 7a-1p, 7a-4p, 10a-10p, 12p-10p, 3p-2a, 9p-7a
- 2nd worksite: 10a-10p, 2p-12a. (times may change). Must be willing to work some nights in order to be considered.
• Clinical Details
- 1.5-2.5 patients per hour
• Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active VA License, CSR and DEA
- ACLS or BLS, and if they request Moderate Sedation, they will require the ACLS
- 2 years' worth of logs required - all clinicians
- Every applicant is required to provide either a T-Spot or QuantiFERON (PPD NOT accepted)
- Immunizations must include MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Tetnus, HepB and COVID
