The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) oversees both clinical and administrative aspects of psychiatric services, ensuring high-quality care across various programs. With responsibilities split evenly between management and clinical oversight, the role includes integrating psychiatry into case management and supporting EHR development. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)

Base salary:
  • Hiring Range $313,995.53 to $439,593.75
    Pay Range $313,995.53 to $502,392.85
  • Yearly performance-based pay Increases up to 7%
  • Relocation - $30,000 + as needed.
  • Sign on - 10%-15% of base salary - negotiable
  • Retention - 10% of annual salary at 2-year mark
  • Educational assistance: ISH, NHSC, AK Sharp Program
  • PTO: 6.5 weeks annually + 400 hours may be carried over/or payout of not used.
  • PLUS: 13 Paid holidays
  • CME: $5K + 5 Days
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending, 401K, - 4% match, 4% discretionary after two years of employment, 457(b) Deferred Compensation + Disability
  • Perks: On-site employee childcare, education leave program, plus wellness leave - 1 hour a week for wellness activity during the workday.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Psychiatry (PSY)
  • 50% Clinical / 50% Administrative (Time will be adjusted to provider’s needs)
  • M-F 8-hour days
  • No after hours
  • Clinical oversight of: Outpatient Services, Intensive Case Management Services, Clubhouse Services, Youth residential Services, and Women’s Substance Use Residential Services
  • Integrating Psychiatry into current and expanded Intensive Case Management Programs, Enhancing Nurse Case Management incorporation into all programming. Supporting development/Identification of EHR.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Psychiatry (PSY)
  • B/C or B/E
  • Medical Director experience
