Inhospital Physicians Group, a premier healthcare organization managing programs across the East Coast, seeks a dedicated Inhospital Physician to join our team at the Passaic, NJ Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: 7 on/7 off, 12-hour daytime shifts.
- Setting: LTAC facility focused on comprehensive and sustained patient care.
- Location: Passaic, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
- Perform medical procedures, including intubation, as required.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure top-quality care.
- Accurately document patient information in EPIC EMR.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and healthcare management.
Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Board-certified or board-eligible in a relevant medical specialty.
- Proficiency in intubation procedures.
- Experience in a long-term acute care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
