PHYSICIAN DUTIES
- Physical examinations and history
- Diagnosis and treatment
- Lab and x-ray orders and analysis
- Referrals to specialists when necessary
- Complete, legible, accurate, timely medical records
PHYSICIAN QUALIFICATIONS
- Current unrestricted Ohio license
- Current DEA certificate
- Must be able to provide Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) services for opioid addiction
HOURS
- Flexible Scheduling
- 3-4 Hours Minimum
- On Call 24/7
