Details/Requirements for Assignment:
Board Certified Pain Management/Anesthesia physician
Pain Management Fellowship required
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Friday half day)
Approximately 25 patients per day
Procedures: Facets, ESI, RFTC, Spinal cord stim trials, Kyphos (not a deal breaker), Joints
Medications prescribes: NSAIDS, opioids, muscle relaxers
