Certification Details BLS Social work license in Pennsylvania Job Details Acute Care experienced Social Worker Must have experience in acute care hospital discharge planning. Will be discharging patients for a variety of units throughout the hospital, including but not limited to medsurg, ICU and ER. Behavioral health experience will not be considered.
