Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs, revenue recognition, and month-end closing processes.
• Review and reconcile project accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions.
• Collaborate with account executives to finalize project costings and customer billings.
• Provide audit support and develop knowledge of business processes to improve efficiency.
• Assist with sales budget analysis and contribute to financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of GAAP.
• Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
