Job Details

The position requires a self-motivated attorney who is able to manage their own cases, and work with others within a litigation team.

Experience:

• 5 years of trucking/transportation litigation experience (required)
• Experience with cargo losses and damage claims for goods in transit (preferred)
• Experience and knowledge of a full spectrum of litigation issues for clients in the trucking and transportation industry
• Prior use and familiarity with Pro Law is a plus!

License:

• Licensed to practice law within the State of Florida (required)
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (required)
