Compensation: Base Salary $120,000 + Lucrative Quarterly Revenue Sharing
Employment: Full-time, 1099 to start
Schedule: M-TH 8:30am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pm (flexible)
Location: Arroyo Grande, CA
Practice Setting: In-office, with potential hybrid flexibility

Job Details We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to bring their expertise, empathy, and innovative spirit to a growing behavioral health team.
As a PMHNP, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through comprehensive psychiatric care.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth psychiatric assessments and evaluations for new patients.
- Collaborating with the Supervising Physician to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Managing and optimizing medication regimens to meet patient needs.
- Delivering psychotherapeutic interventions and skill-building techniques.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab work to inform care strategies.
- Maintaining open communication with patients’ families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
- Coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic, integrated care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in California.
- A strong commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
