The Role

Our client are looking for a Mission Critical Superintendent to oversee field operations on mission-critical construction projects. In this role, you’ll ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and on schedule, while adhering to budgets, designs, and contractual requirements.

You’ll supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents, driving project success through leadership and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations for assigned project areas.

• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality control across all site activities.

• Supervise subcontractors and manage schedule updates, look-ahead plans, and change orders.

• Ensure project plans and specifications are followed with precision.

• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity on-site.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction experience.

• 2+ years of leadership on smaller fit-out projects or areas of larger building projects.

• Expertise in safety protocols, QAQC, subcontractor oversight, and schedule management.

• Strong ability to interpret and deliver on project plans and specifications.
