LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global provider of supply chain management and procurement solutions, seeking a Bilingual Site Manager to join their growing warehouse and distribution team in Charlotte, NC. This organization focuses on delivering services that support industrial, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
The responsibilities of the Bilingual Site Manager will include managing a team of operations, sales and administrative professionals, overseeing the operational success and P&L of the facility, and driving business initiatives across the org. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, have knowledge in industrial engineering and be a strong leader of people.
This role is located in Charlotte, NC and offers relocation services.
Bilingual Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, motivation, direction and training to direct reports
• Determine and present financial targets including total sales, EBITDA and asset management targets
• Provide accurate financial estimates to the business on a regular basis
• Set sales budgets by program
• Oversee day-to-day order fulfillment, sales, inventory and warehouse management
• Partner with the sales team to expand with strategic programs, build plans to support new strategic programs and execute on SIS' strategy
• Establish strong relationships with key customers
• Partner with functional leaders to execute on quality and procurement KPIs

Bilingual Site Manager Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Engineering Studies strongly preferred
• Fluency in Spanish required
• 5+ years of site management experience
• Industrial or electronic manufacturing experience preferred
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience managing P&L of a facility
