Job description:
- Contract scope: review, redline, draft, negotiate, manage renewals and terminations
- Contract types: NDAs, licensing agreements, marketing, engineering, independent contractor, insurance, etc.
- Assist in selection and implementation of new contracts management platform
- Provide support on trademark management: coordinate submissions & renewals
- Ensure compliance in regard to: font & music licensing, federal/state laws, legislation regarding subscription services, data privacy (ie CCPA, GDPR), human resources, etc
- Conduct research around changing privacy laws
- Business due diligence coordination as needed
- Manage renewal of domains for subsidiaries
- Liaise with outside counsel
- Support employee onboarding process to ensure a great experience for new hires as well as internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with contract review, drafting and redlining
- Bachelor’s degree

- Up to $120k DOE + up to 10% annual bonus
