Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As the sole employee managing the operations of our 16,000 sq ft warehouse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of our logistics and inventory. This hands-on position requires strong organizational skills, independence, and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

The Warehouse Associate will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and keeping the facility organized and safe. Also, you will be responsible for operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, while contributing to our logistics strategy.

• Will Call Loading (Hand and/or Forklift loading or unloading)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallets jacks).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
