Job description

We are looking for an Architectural Associate. Position will have drawing responsibilities including but not limited to design development, construction drawings, construction administration as well as managing and executing the design intent.

Responsibilities

Design and construction document production

Preperation of building plans and details

Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans

Field Measurements and as-built documentation

Incorporate building finishes into construction documents

Work closely with team

Must love dogs

Skills

Proven working experience with design document preparation

Experience in layout, lighting, materials selections, etc

Proficient in AutoCAD or ArchiCad or the like (ie Revit)

Portfolio of previous works

Communication and presentation skills

Project management skills

Degree in Architecture Preferred
