Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the maintenance team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure efficient utilization of maintenance staff
• Designs, implements, and executes site level maintenance and facilities plan including corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance process to maximize machine reliability and capability

Job Qualifications

• MUST have Extensive experience and knowledge about plastic injection molding machines
• Understating of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• 3 years in a managerial role
