**Must be willing to relocate to the Kingston/ Lake Texoma, OK area. Relocation assistance is negotiable, this position is for the Kingston Oklahoma area. Though some of this work may be preformed remotely, you will be expected to be on the job site most days**
We are a locally operated mechanical / plumbing construction company that has built a great reputation in the industry over the past 18 years and are continuing to grow. We specialize in health care, multi-family and hospitality projects with an emphasis on VRV / VRF mechanical systems with central domestic boilers.
Previous experience in Hi-Rise multi-family and hospitality as well as high end podium style senior living facilities is preferred. Strong plumbing skills for undergrounds, rough ins, top-outs, DWV, finish; including cast iron, PVC, copper, PEX, within boiler systems, TEAL systems and stand alone hot water systems is also required.

This position is for the Kingston / Lake Texoma, OK area . If you live out of state relocation assistance is negotiable.
Responsibilities:
· Participate in preconstruction meetings
· Directs and manages Assistant Superintendents and Subcontractors
· Create and manage 4 weeks look ahead on site
· Work directly with project manager and report all delays and change orders
· Manage daily and weekly logs
· Study job specifications and scope of work
· Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress and quality
· Plan and coordinate all daily activities at job site
· Review all RFI's and submittals to ensure correct material and installation
· Inspect material and equipment to ensure that specifications are met.
· Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction with PM
· Order material to PM
· Do QC every week
· Attend daily/weekly meetings
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years experience in Plumbing
3+ years experience as a Superintendent
Extensive commercial plumbing knowledge
Excellent communication skills
