The Manager of Commercial Property Operations & Quality Control will be responsible for maintaining, constructing, and remodeling current and new commercial portfolio properties. This position will work autonomously and in a team environment. The Office is located in Boca Raton, FL.

Compensation is a base salary of $85,000 - $100,000 + annual performance bonus and full benefits. Total compensation will be based on credentials and experience.

Duties

• Oversee commercial properties’ daily operations, workflow, and productivity.
• Manage construction, repair, and remodeling projects from start to completion.
• Handle field operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, selection of contractor bids, contract review, work order execution, and building inspections.
• Interact with Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers.
• Communicate with facility maintenance personnel to ensure safety and sanitary standards are consistently achieved and maintained.
• Visit properties weekly as needed, monitoring KPIs and operational excellence.
• Report to the Senior Manager, providing weekly/monthly updates.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in Commercial Property Management, Construction, Project Management, Facility Maintenance, Remodeling, and Quality Control.
• Exposure to Yardi software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
