Looking for a Sales Recruiter to source and screen candidates. You’ll play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates. This position requires someone with strong networking skills, an understanding of sales roles, and a talent for spotting high-potential candidates. You’ll work closely with our sales managers to understand team needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates ready to excel in selling pest control solutions.
- Recruiter contract rate : Starts $50+/hr - FT 40 hours, 90 day contract to start
- Must have proven experience in sales, customer success and sales related recruiting
- Must be based in Chicago area
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit sales candidates
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build a pool of high-caliber candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry connections.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the qualifications and qualities that make successful sales representatives.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience working with Sales execs, proven track record
- LinkedIn expert. Creating projects, pipelines, pitches, etc.
- Working in tight deadlines
- Proactively pipelining candidates
- Experience serving up weekly progress reports to leaders
Qualifications:
- Recruiting experience with a focus on sales roles
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent, with a strong network and knowledge of effective recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS software and familiarity with recruiting on social media platforms.
