Job Description

Looking for a Sales Recruiter to source and screen candidates. You’ll play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates. This position requires someone with strong networking skills, an understanding of sales roles, and a talent for spotting high-potential candidates. You’ll work closely with our sales managers to understand team needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates ready to excel in selling pest control solutions.


  • Recruiter contract rate : Starts $50+/hr - FT 40 hours, 90 day contract to start
  • Must have proven experience in sales, customer success and sales related recruiting
  • Must be based in Chicago area


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit sales candidates
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build a pool of high-caliber candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry connections.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the qualifications and qualities that make successful sales representatives.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience working with Sales execs, proven track record
  • LinkedIn expert. Creating projects, pipelines, pitches, etc.
  • Working in tight deadlines
  • Proactively pipelining candidates
  • Experience serving up weekly progress reports to leaders


Qualifications:

  • Recruiting experience with a focus on sales roles
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent, with a strong network and knowledge of effective recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS software and familiarity with recruiting on social media platforms.
