Position Focus Director of Operations
Strategic Leadership :
- Collaborate with the COO and the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance clinic operations and achieve organizational goals.
- Provide leadership, guidance and supervision to department managers and staff to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain a departmental structure, operating standards and practices that are responsive and adaptable to evolving business needs.
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings and training to motivate staff for success, promote team building, create professional and technical skill development, and establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Operational Efficiency :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinics at all sites, including patient flow, scheduling, staffing, efficiency, productivity and financial performance.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to streamline operational processes and enhance the overall patient and provider experience.
- Integrate technology to enhance the overall patient and provider experience by automating and streamlining tasks.
Process Improvement :
- Drive initiatives to maintain and improve patient experience in every encounter, including creating and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular audits, and implementing quality improvement measures.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
Patient Experience :
- Champion a patient-centered approach by setting clear customer service standards and expectations and ensure that the centers maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.
- Oversee patient feedback mechanisms and implement strategies to address patient concerns and enhance the overall patient experience.
Financial Assessment :
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to assess financial performance, identifying key areas for optimization to maximize revenue generation while maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Utilize data-driven insights and financial analysis to develop strategies that enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth opportunities.
- Implement proactive measures to address any financial challenges or inefficiencies, ensuring a sustainable financial model that supports our mission of providing quality healthcare services to our community.
Effective Communication :
- Develop and implement effective communication between all sites. This may include the use of communication tools, regular meetings or digital formats.
- Establish clear communication channels to ensure information flows smoothly between departments, sites and clinal and administrative staff.

Requirements for Director of Operations
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Healthcare etc.)
Proven experience in project management and/or leadership position.
Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and executing projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Proficient in healthcare management tools and software.
