The Data Analyst will be responsible for Logistics KPI's and reporting for their assigned brands. This person will be required to create ad hoc reporting/analysis, weekly and monthly KPI’s and reports, along with an additional layer of data dissection to drive P&L performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building Logistics KPI dashboards, Monthly reporting/analysis, and ad hoc analysis requests.
• Maintain those weekly/Monthly reports to present to management regularly.
• Data dissection to help uncover new opportunities to improve performance and costs.
• Additional layer of management to hold our teams accountable for cost performance.

Qualifications:

• Business Intelligence (BI) reporting experience with dashboard creation with a background with SPSS, VBA, Tableau, SAS and /or Microsoft Power BI.
• Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
• Strong statistical & analytical skills to help compile data, build reports, and create actions from those reports.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge in Excel.
• Strong teamwork skills to work across multiple departments for a common goal.
• 5 years of Logistics experience preferred.
• Act with integrity and honesty, avoiding actual or apparent conflicts of interest in personal and professional relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, well organized, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
